“This was a fantastic trip! Hilmer, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very safe with him driving especially with the wind blowing so fast. I would recommend anyone that’s planning to come to Iceland to do this tour, whether in group or alone. I loved everything about it. All the people we met on tour, we won’t forget. Each hotel that we stayed at had great service and great food! A little tip, make sure you follow the guide for what clothes to bring because you can get wet or it can be very cold, so plan accordingly. Safe travels!”

Review this six-day Iceland minibus tour for waterfalls, glaciers, ice caves, whale watching, hotels, costs, and practical booking advice.

“Good small group size and comfortable mini bus. Driver/tour guide was professional and friendly. Lots of independent time to roam and explore the various tourist sites. Highlight would be climbing the glacier. Would not recommend the whale watching, takes too much time and is too cold in the winter. Accommodation was pretty basic, breakfast seemed repetitive and quite limited options, some travellers experienced bathrooms without hot water but that problem was resolved promptly.”
