We were lucky enough to see the lights, they were absolutely incredible, even once we’d left the original site our driver pulled over quickly because they became stronger for a short time! Peter, our guide, was knowledgable about Icelandic geology and as the sky darkened, he was checking constantly for the Northern Lights so we didnt miss them. We found a great spot and the views were incredible - infact there really are no words to explain. The host really makes the tour and Peter's energy kept the group going despite the temperatures being -5C to -11C! Wonderful day, and wonderful experience. And a big happy birthday to Peter!”
