“This was an excellent tour and well worth it. Thales was the best tour guide. Knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about Iceland and nature, cared about his job, and added extra stops including a waterfall we hiked to and behind. Iceland is beautiful, dramatic and unique, and this tour allows you to enjoy the best of the country. The hotels in the small towns were adequate, and the one in the city was really nice. Each had great breakfasts and food. The Northern Lights is on your own, but our guide gave us tips on where to go and forecast info. Highly recommend booking a separate lights tour from the city.”
